Can I change my password or other account information?

Yes, you can change your password by clicking the change password link in the upper right hand corner, however if you need to change any account information you need to contact us by calling 1-(800)-455-1248 or emailing Customer Service.

Can orders be removed after placing them?

Yes, but only once the order has been processed and shipped, if you wish to cancel an order with us you will need to call 1-(800)-455-1248 or email Customer Service with your want book number or customer information.

Can you place more than one order in a day?

Yes, you can place as many orders as you like.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see you order status and track your order with either of our two standard carriers.

Can items be removed from my want book?

Yes, you just need to put in a zero quantity and click save changes. Also, if an item gets inactived or discontinued the item may disappear from your want book.

How do I search for certian products?

You can do this a couple ways the first is on the right side of our website it says live search you can use this or the master search located on the menu. You, can search by item#, ndc #, vendor, and generic name.

How do I sign up to start placeing orders?

You, can click register for an account in the login box or Click Here, then fill out the form. You won't be able to start placing orders right away you will recieve and email to verify your account by clicking a link. Then we will make sure we have all the nessceary documentation; then your account will be made active.

What if I'm not already a Quest customer?

To get on our website to just look and not purchase all we require is your DEA and State License, to purchase we will need you to fill out a customer profile.

Does Quest require a PO Number?

No we do not require a PO number to be entered on our website to place order but if you require one you can enter when placing the order.

Need to return an item?

Quest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to helping our customers manage inventory while maintaining the integrity of the pharmaceutical supply chain in accordance with DSCSA requirements. If an item was shipped in error, Quest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will provide a prepaid return shipping label (Saturday pickups are not available).

To request authorization for a return, please call 800-455-1248 or visit our website: www.questpharmaceuticals.com. Once eligibility is confirmed, we will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and provide a form to be signed and included with the returned product.
*Effective Friday, August 1, 2025 a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Returnable Items

-Products purchased directly from Quest Pharmaceuticals.
-Products sent in error or damaged upon receipt.
-Products must have been stored under proper conditions per DSCSA/21 CFR 2305:50.
-Products must be in their original sealed container and no more than 2 months past expiration date.
-Products not damaged, marked or unsaleable.

Non‐Returnable Items

-Products not purchased directly from Quest Pharmaceuticals.
-Products damaged, marked or with broken seal (i.e. no partials).
-Products required to be refrigerated including but not limited to vaccines.
-Products sold as non-returnable including short-dates, close outs and special orders.
-Products without an approved Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
-Products damaged due to improper storage and handling, fire, flood, heat, cold, water, smoke, catastrophe or bankruptcy sale or purchased or otherwise obtained in violation of any laws or regulations.

Terms

-All approved RGA documents are valid for 30 days from approval date.
-All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returned products will not be returned, but will be destroyed without credit.
-The RGA number must be marked on the outside of the return.
-A signed copy of the RGA form must be included inside the return package.
-All shortages or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
-Controlled Substance shipment issues must be reported immediately upon receipt and/or discovery.
-Credit will be issued for the original purchase price or current selling price, whichever is lower.
-Authorized returns must be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipment.
-Manufacturer product recalls will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
-Credit will be issued in the form of a credit memo with a 20% restocking fee applied.
-Do not deduct the return amount from any payments before a credit memo is issued.
-Postage and shipping charges are non-refundable.
-The purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs on returned products.
-Wholesale/Distributor sales are final.
-Credit will not be issued to accounts with no sales activity in the past 90 days or accounts that are closing or being sold.
-Quest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice. This policy supersedes any previous versions.

Can I view my invoices on-line?

Yes, you can! Just go to "My Account" at the top of the page and click the "View Invoices" button for a list of your invoices. You can also search them by invoices number.

Can I view my statment on-line?

Yes, you can! Just go to "My Account" at the top of the page and click the "View Current Statment" button to view your most recent statment.
