Can I change my password or other account information?

Yes, you can change your password by clicking the change password link in the upper right hand corner, however if you need to change any account information you need to contact us by calling 1-(800)-455-1248 or emailing Customer Service.

Can orders be removed after placing them?

Yes, but only once the order has been processed and shipped, if you wish to cancel an order with us you will need to call 1-(800)-455-1248 or email Customer Service with your want book number or customer information.

Can you place more than one order in a day?

Yes, you can place as many orders as you like.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see you order status and track your order with either of our two standard carriers.

Can items be removed from my want book?

Yes, you just need to put in a zero quantity and click save changes. Also, if an item gets inactived or discontinued the item may disappear from your want book.

How do I search for certian products?

You can do this a couple ways the first is on the right side of our website it says live search you can use this or the master search located on the menu. You, can search by item#, ndc #, vendor, and generic name.

How do I sign up to start placeing orders?

You, can click register for an account in the login box or Click Here, then fill out the form. You won't be able to start placing orders right away you will recieve and email to verify your account by clicking a link. Then we will make sure we have all the nessceary documentation; then your account will be made active.

What if I'm not already a Quest customer?

To get on our website to just look and not purchase all we require is your DEA and State License, to purchase we will need you to fill out a customer profile.

Does Quest require a PO Number?

No we do not require a PO number to be entered on our website to place order but if you require one you can enter when placing the order.

What is Quest's return policy?

Quest will accept the return of all products purchased from Quest Pharmaceuticals, Inc., subject to the following conditions:
• Claims for damaged or missing product must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order.
• All wholesaler/distributor account sales are final. Only Quest errors reported within five days of receipt will be accepted for return.
• Credit will be given for the original purchase price or CURRENT selling price, whichever is lower.
• All unopened, unexpired products in saleable condition will be accepted for credit. Any damage or marking on the container is considered non-saleable condition.
• All expired products may be returned for credit up to six months past the expiration date.
• Quest Pharmaceuticals cannot accept any controlled products that have a broken seal.
Credit will not be issued for:
 • Items sold on a non-returnable basis (i.e. short-dated or closeout products)
 • Items 6 months past expiration
 • Items not originally purchased from Quest Pharmaceuticals
 • Quest will not accept returns on any CII products
 • Quest will not be responsible for items that are non-returnable.
 • Non-returnable items will be destroyed upon receipt.

Can I view my invoices on-line?

Yes, you can! Just go to "My Account" at the top of the page and click the "View Invoices" button for a list of your invoices. You can also search them by invoices number.
